Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's in Nursing preferred.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated leadership experience required.
• Current RN license in Oklahoma or with eNLC and residency.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Nursing leadership or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for clinical care and departmental performance and metrics.
• Supports strategic quality initiatives to promote safety and civility.
• Develops performance improvement tools, productivity reports and quality statistics.
• Resolves patient complaints in line with policy with staff collaboration.
• Manages policy implementation, budget and resources.
