Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN is required and RN license must be valid in the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical and administrative management of the operating room.
• Ensures safe, high-quality pediatric orthopedic and burn patient care.
• Develops standards of care, policies, and unit performance metrics.
• Coordinates with Interdisciplinary Team and Family Care Coordination.
• Manages unit budget and collaborates with department leaders.
