Qualifications

• Current RN licensure to practice in New Jersey.
• Pediatric oncology bedside nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to safely deliver medications, IV therapies, transfusions, and specimen collection.
• Excellent assessment, monitoring, and clinical judgment.
• Clear communication and compassionate family-centered care.
• Accurate charting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, age-appropriate vaccinations, IV drips, blood draws, and transfusions.
• Closely monitor vital signs and patient response to treatment; report changes to providers.
• Assist providers with exams and diagnostic or treatment-related tests.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout care.
• Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Document all nursing care accurately and promptly.
