Rosaires Care in Centennial, Colorado is seeking an RN in Acute Care Oncology to provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult oncology patients in an acute care unit.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer chemotherapy, manage central venous lines, coordinate care with the MDT, educate patients and families, and maintain thorough documentation to support quality and safety initiatives.

Qualificações

• Active RN licensure and experience delivering acute care.
• Knowledge of oncology care processes, chemotherapy administration, and supportive therapies.
• Strong skills in central line management and patient assessment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient/family education abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult oncology patients in an acute care unit.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing reassessments.
• Administer chemotherapy and other supportive oncology treatments safely and accurately.
• Manage and care for central venous lines, following established protocols.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans with providers, pharmacists, and other team members.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, symptom management, and self-care.
• Maintain clinical documentation and support quality and safety initiatives.
