IU Health's Riley Children\'s Health seeks a Pediatric Oncofertility Nurse Navigator (RN) to coordinate care for pediatric and adolescent oncology patients at risk of fertility impairment. You will educate families, facilitate referrals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to streamline fertility preservation planning.

This part-time role offers remote work up to one day per week and contributes to survivorship care and program development within Indiana\'s leading pediatric system.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC.
• 3–5 years experience preferred; strong advocacy and coordination skills.
• BLS certification required; specialty certs may be required per unit policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fertility preservation discussions and referrals.
• Educate patients and families on fertility risks and preservation options.
• Collaborate with oncology, transplant, reproductive medicine, psychology, social work, and financial counseling teams.
• Track outcomes and support survivorship education and program development.
