Job summary

The Office RN at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services to support the medical practice. Reports to Practice Manager/Supervisor and works in close cooperation with and under the clinical guidance of the practice physician(s).

Responsibilities include excellence in nursing practice, developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Virginia state RN license required or valid compact state license.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• CPR training required within 45 days of hire.
• Diploma or official transcript to cover testing areas.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellence in nursing practice with quality patient care and staff education.
• Provides developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care.
