Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State license as an LPN.

• CPR training required or must be obtained within 45 days of hire.
• Must provide diploma or academic transcript for those performing testing.
• Increased Security Clearance for Medical Tower II: FBI fingerprinting, background check, and CPS registry search.
