Job summary

Anne Carlsen Center in Jamestown, ND is seeking a pediatric occupational therapist to assess, plan, implement, and coordinate therapy for individual clients and contracted services in line with applicable standards.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, collaborate with other professionals, and document progress while supporting families and educational partners. A ND OT license and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current OT licensure or eligibility and evidence for license application.
• Valid North Dakota Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy assessments, evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy.
• Collaborate with other professionals to service an assigned caseload.
• Develop, implement and evaluate short- and long-term treatment goals.
• Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
