T&K Pediatric Services in Jamestown, North Dakota, is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team. You will evaluate children, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to support home, school, and community participation.

You will provide play-based, age-appropriate therapy, document progress, and coordinate with speech and physical therapy. This role offers mentorship and a supportive pediatric practice environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.
• Address fine motor development, sensory regulation, coordination, self-care, and functional skills.
• Provide engaging, play-based therapy appropriate to each child's age and abilities.
• Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Coordinate care with other therapies and care team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
