Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our Kalamazoo team. You will treat a diverse pediatric caseload, focusing on sensory processing, development, feeding, and motor skills. You’ll collaborate with therapists and physicians to help children reach their goals in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy.
• State OT license is required or eligible.
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to plan and implement pediatric OT.
• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients across sensory, motor, and developmental needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans and measure progress against goals.
• Supervise and delegate OT care within state regulations.
