Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• State OT license or eligibility.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of care and comply with state practice act.
• Collaborate with physicians and team to set patient goals.
• Lead and supervise OT care within regulations.
• Provide individualized treatment plans and complete documentation.
• Contribute to program development and HIPAA-compliant practices.
• Stay current with occupational therapy research and best practices.
