Davies Institute for Speech and Hearing in Katy, TX seeks an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support children with sensory processing and emotional regulation needs. The role emphasizes teamwork with speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and early intervention staff.

You will assess, treat, and document in a clinic and school setting, guiding families and caregivers while building a diverse caseload. A Master’s OT with 3+ years pediatric experience is required.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist with at least 3 years of pediatric experience, who brings a deep understanding of sensory processing and emotional regulation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clinical complexity, values a team-based model, and thrives in a dynamic, supportive environment.

You’ll work with a diverse caseload, contributing to both 1:1 therapy sessions and interdisciplinary programs alongside our speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and early intervention educators.
