Job summary

MeBe in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat children aged 6 months to 16 years, developing individualized plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximize functional outcomes.

You will work independently with strong critical thinking in a compassionate, family-focused environment. Relocation support, salary range 85k–105k, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing CEU opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Current state license in OT.
• NBCOT: National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• 2–3 years of pediatric OT experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently with critical thinking and patient care priorities.
• Collaborative work with clinicians from varied backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate functional ability through tests, observation, and interviews.
• Create individualized treatment and educational plans and provide counseling and training to patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop integrative treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and co-treat therapies as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate patient records and compliant billing.
• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
• Contribute to program development and educate families on home programs and routines.
• Document client progress and complete billing logs ethically.
