Theracare Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for our busy Outpatient Clinic in Osceola, IN.

This full-time role focuses on pediatric rehabilitation, coordination with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting families to maximize independence and daily living skills. The ideal candidate has a degree in OT, current registration, and 3–5 years of pediatric experience or mentorship for new grads.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with feeding and sensory integration therapies.
• Competency in applying principles/methods used in Pediatric OT.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Help children gain independence and develop fine motor, sensory motor and visual motor skills.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team and families.
• Support schedules, including potential evening and Saturday hours.
• Provide OT services in a pediatric outpatient setting.
