Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for pediatric patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans and establish measurable goals
• Implement evidence‑based therapeutic interventions to address fine motor, sensory processing, self‑care, developmental, and functional challenges
• Complete re‑evaluations and update plans of care as needed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), as applicable
• Educate families on home programs and strategies to support ongoing progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
