Occupational Therapist (Pediatric)
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually
Alphanumeric is hiring an Occupational Therapist to work in Fayetteville, NC with an innovative and compassionate leader in pediatric therapy.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and assess children with developmental, physical, sensory, and functional challenges
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs and goals
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills, sensory processing, fine motor development, self‑regulation, and independence
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary therapy teams
- Educate and empower families through ongoing support and home program recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities
Flexible Scheduling Options
- Start as early as 7:00 AM and finish by 6:00 PM
- Traditional 5‑day schedule, four 10‑hour days, or customized schedule options

Competitive Compensation

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Required
- Current Occupational Therapist license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred
- Pediatric occupational therapy experience
- Experience working with developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorders, or other pediatric populations
