Salary Range
- $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience
- Equivalent hourly rate: $33.65 - $40.87 per hour
- Flexible compensation options: Guaranteed hourly rate, Pay-per-visit (PPV)
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Flexible Scheduling
- Start as early as 7:00 AM, never later than 6:00 PM
- Full-time, part-time, and customized schedule options available
- Ability to start part-time and transition to full-time if desired

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
- Help children improve mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
- Educate families on treatment strategies and home exercise programs
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required (or Bachelor's degree accepted if grandfathered through accreditation standards)
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapy License
- Pediatric Physical Therapy experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
