Job summary

PediaStaff, a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing, seeks an Occupational Therapist in the Wenatchee, WA area. You will assess motor, sensory, and functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans in collaboration with schools and clinics.

The role emphasizes delivering OT interventions aligned with IEPs, partnering with teachers and specialists, and contributing to IEP development with insights on motor and sensory needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Valid state license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' motor, sensory, and functional abilities to identify areas of need and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions in accordance with patients' IEPs, helping them achieve academic and developmental goals.
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to create supportive learning environments tailored to patients' unique needs.
• Contribute to the development of IEPs by offering insights on motor development, sensory needs, and appropriate accommodation or modifications.
