Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• National Credentialing Board certification.
• Licensed in Idaho.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services and plan treatment to meet goals.
• Screen and evaluate clients; coordinate treatment plans.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to family and professionals.
• Maintain documentation of assessments, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Instruct clients and families in home programs and equipment use.
• Provide in-service education to care team and community.
• Attend in-service meetings and facility meetings as required.
• Record billable treatment times and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Project a positive and professional image at all times.
