Job summary

Children's Therapy Place, Inc. in Nampa, ID is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide therapy services in our outpatient pediatric clinic and school contracts.

You will work under an Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans, document client progress, and educate families on activities that promote daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Pediatric OT care experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice in Idaho.
• Professional and positive patient-facing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide Certified Occupational Therapy services under OT supervision.
• Coordinate and implement treatment plans and document progress.
• Monitor client response and adjust interventions to meet goals.
• Educate clients and families on home programs and therapy activities.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team and other professionals to meet client needs.
• Participate in staff education and program development.
