Job summary

Children's Therapy Place, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for our Meridian clinic. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver pediatric OT services and support treatment planning, family education, and documentation.

The position is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package. Qualified candidates hold an OTA degree, Idaho licensure, and NBOT certification; pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• OTA degree and NBOT certification required.
• Idaho licensure required for practice in Idaho.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, provide Certified Occupational Therapy services to clients.
• Coordinate treatment plans and provide copies to family and other professionals.
• Implement and conduct treatments as outlined in the plan.
• Monitor client’s response and modify interventions to reach goals.
• Document assessment results, treatment, follow-up and termination of services.
• Instruct clients and families in OT procedures or home programs.
