Job summary

Dallas Healthcare Consultants is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a pediatric outpatient clinic in San Antonio, TX. You will use individualized, play-based therapy to support fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, cognition, and school readiness.

You will collaborate with ABA, physical therapy, and speech therapy teams, coach families, and participate in multidisciplinary planning. A supportive, pediatric-only setting offers professional growth and a private office.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or clinical doctorate in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
  • Current Texas OT license and NBCOT certification (OTR).
  • At least one year of pediatric OT experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong pediatric assessment and play-based intervention skills.
  • Knowledge of sensory integration, Ayres® Sensory Integration, and feeding therapy techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, family-centered approach.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans using child-directed play and evidence-based interventions.

Your Role
