Premier Pediatric Therapy in Houston seeks a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver pediatric in-home or hybrid therapy. You will create engaging, evidence-based plans to build fine motor skills, sensory processing, daily living activities, self-regulation and play.

The role emphasizes family education and collaborative care. We welcome licensed OTs with a playful, patient mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Texas is required.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Playful, patient attitude essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric OT in-home or hybrid settings.
• Create individualized treatment plans focusing on fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, self-regulation, and play.
• Educate and empower families to support home practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation.
