Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home pediatric therapy, evaluate progress, and set individualized goals for children across Texas.

You will work within a mission-driven, clinician-led team that emphasizes HALOS values and ongoing professional growth. Flexible scheduling and mentorship are available as part of a supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted OT license in Texas.
  • Graduate of an accredited OT program.
  • Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
  • Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
  • Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
  • Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Document care in an electronic medical record system
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Education

Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current CPR certification

What You’ll Do

Required:

  • 1+ year of pediatric experience
  • Home health experience
