Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Texas is seeking a licensed occupational therapist to deliver evidence-based pediatric OT in the home and community, supporting children and families with compassionate care.

You’ll conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social-emotional skills, while documenting care in an EMR and collaborating with a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric OT in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social-emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Required

• Home health experience
