Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Brighton, CO is seeking a licensed pediatric occupational therapist to provide in-home OT services across Colorado service areas. You will evaluate children, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress with a family-centered approach.

The role offers full- and part-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, and strong mentorship within a clinician-led team focused on growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license (Colorado) required.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Pay Range: $65–$85 per visit. Estimated annual salary: $62,400 – $122,400.
