Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Colorado is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide in-home therapy for children and young adults with developmental and functional needs.

You will implement OT treatment plans under supervision and help clients gain functional independence, while collaborating with physicians and care teams in a clinician-owned setup that supports HALOS values.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Colorado).
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Provide interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory integration, and development.
• Support patients in achieving functional independence goals.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising.
