MGA Homecare is hiring Pediatric Occupational Therapists to serve children from birth to age 21 in home and community settings in Colorado. Create individualized plans and empower families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state OT license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy for children with diverse needs.
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Educate and empower families to participate in therapy.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Supervise OTAs as needed (training available).
