All About Therapy, PLLC is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Natural Environment program across Durham, Raleigh and Cary/Apex areas in North Carolina. We offer pay of $45.00-$65.00 per hour and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

You’ll work with children where they live, learn, and play—homes, daycares, schools, and community settings—while receiving leadership and scheduling support from a therapist-led practice.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active or eligible North Carolina Occupational Therapy license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized occupational therapy to pediatric clients in homes, daycares, schools, and other natural environments.
• Conduct evaluations and standardized assessments.
• Develop functional, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based, evidence-informed therapy.
• Partner with parents, caregivers, and educators to support progress in the child's everyday environment.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with other members of the child's care team.

You’ll work with children where they live, learn, and play—including homes, daycares, schools, and community settings throughout the Durham, Raleigh and Cary/Apex areas.

Additionally, you’ll have the flexibility and independence of working in the natural environment, while still having experienced clinical leadership, administrative and scheduling support, and a team that understands the unique realities of providing therapy out in the community.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

Qualifications

Required

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active or eligible North Carolina Occupational Therapy license

Preferred

• Pediatric OT experience
• Experience with sensory processing differences, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, feeding, fine motor development, or related pediatric needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive clinical team
