Job summary

Cortica is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its growing multi-disciplinary team in California. You will conduct assessments to establish therapy goals, collaborate with clinicians, and deliver individual and group sessions focused on sensory processing, daily living skills, and play-based interventions.

You’ll maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations, advocate for families, and contribute to program development, delivering at least 26 hours of direct

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Current California OT license or eligibility is required.
• Passion for working with children and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Establish OT treatment goals through assessment tools.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to create treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group sessions; use sensory and daily living skill interventions.
• Maintain patient records and billing per federal/state regulations and policy.
• Deliver at least 26 hours of direct patient care weekly.
