Qualifications

• Conduct initial evaluation and establish a plan of care.
• Implement treatment interventions to help children with disabilities.
• Maintain all patient documentation including evaluations and progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children with disabilities.
• Consult and educate families and caregivers.
• Re-evaluate patients and adjust care plans as needed.
