Job summary

Pediastaff is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in Oklahoma City. The role involves evaluating and treating children, focusing on fine/visual motor skills, sensory processing, and ADL participation. Spanish fluency is a plus but not required; interpreter support is provided. Mondays–Fridays schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

New grads welcome. Oklahoma OT license or eligibility is required. Most therapists carry a balanced caseload with a multidisciplinary outpatient team.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• Oklahoma OT license or eligibility to obtain.
• New grads and upcoming board exam candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Provide skilled intervention to support fine/visual motor skills, sensory processing, ADL participation and functional independence.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical presentation.
• Document services in EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and other team members for coordinated family-centered care.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and OT students.
