Job summary

Therapitas is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant in Oklahoma City to join our outpatient team. This full-time position offers a $45,000–$57,000 yearly salary with interpreter support available; Spanish fluency is a plus.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement OT plans, support children’s development, and document care in our EMR. We value mentorship, collaboration, and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• OTA degree from an accredited program.
• Oklahoma OTA license or eligibility to obtain.
• New grads and upcoming board exam candidates welcome.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans created by a licensed OT.
• Support fine/visual motor skills and sensory processing.
• Educate patients and caregivers on activities and home programs.
• Document services in EMR to meet standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and other team members.
• Supervise OTA students.
