Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric, school-based and clinical settings. You will provide direct therapy, collaborate with teachers and families, and document progress with attention to quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have pediatric experience; school-based experience preferred.
• Holds (or are eligible for) a valid Texas OT license.
• Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings.
• Communicates effectively and thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
• Brings strong clinical skills and warm, client-centered approach.
• Fingerprint and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Delivering direct therapy in school-based and clinic environments.
• Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments and progress reports.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
