Job summary

Therapy 2000, a home-based provider, seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for Manor, Texas. Roles can be part-time or full-time, Austin division. You will evaluate pediatric patients and create treatment plans, while coordinating care across providers and delivering home exercise programs with families.

You’ll work with bilingual families, travel between visits, and maintain accurate documentation in a compliant, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Current active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
• 3+ years as a pediatric OT is a bonus; experience in home-health appreciated.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and strengthens communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet weekly patient visit quotas and complete chart updates and logs.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and relevant laws.

THERAPY 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, has an exciting opportunity for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to serve families in Manor, Texas and the surrounding areas. This Part-Time or Full-Time position is based in our Austin division.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those who are bilingual.
