THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to serve families in the Cypress/Jersey Village area of Houston, TX. This full-time, part-time, or PRN role involves evaluating children, developing home exercise programs, and coordinating care with physicians and caregivers.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas OT license, data-driven clinical judgment, and the ability to work across disciplines in a home-health setting.

Job Details:

Job Location: Cypress - Cypress, TX, Salary Range: Undisclosed, THERAPY 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, has an exciting opportunity for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to serve families in the Cypress/Jersey Village area of Houston, TX. This Full-time, Part-time or PRN position is located in our North Houston Division.

What you’ll do:

• Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy.
• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Act as a vital member of your patients’ medical neighborhoods, collaborating and coordinating care between various providers and disciplines.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits on a weekly basis as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for completion of patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and all other paperwork as needed.
• Meet with agency personnel as necessary to maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Perform all duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all rules, regulations, codes of ethics, guidelines and federal, state and local laws applicable to home-health pediatric occupational therapy.

Qualifications: What you’ll need:
