Job summary

Cole Health in Cary, NC is seeking an experienced pediatric Occupational Therapist to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact at this location and with ABA centers we are contracted with. Part-time with open potential to transition to full-time as caseload grows.

You will establish and expand OT services, collaborate with physical and speech therapy teams, and provide compassionate, family-centered care to help children reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in North Carolina.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• ABA facilities or difficult behaviors experience preferred.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-discipline.
• Growth-minded and adaptable in healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow and establish OT presence at Cary location and with contracted ABA centers.
• Collaborate with Physical and Speech Therapy teams to provide integrated care.
• Manage caseload with autonomy while ensuring family-centered service.
