Fraser in Bloomington, MN is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team. The role involves comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and interventions for children and adolescents using a strengths-based, individualized approach.

Master’s in OT and active state license are required, with opportunities for new graduates. We offer robust benefits, a supportive multidisciplinary environment, and travel within the metro area as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in occupational therapy and active Minnesota OT license.
• Licensed or eligible for license by Minnesota Department of Health.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with reliable transportation and ability to travel intra-metro.
• Commitment to diversity, multiculturalism and inclusive practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide evaluations and re-evaluations within 30 days of doctor’s order and set treatment goals.
• Deliver therapeutic treatment per doctor’s orders.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about child progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and ABA practitioners.
• Coordinate with funding sources to ensure reimbursement; share program updates with the team.
