Amazing Care Home Health is currently hiring Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our team in the Grand Junction area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families in need.

Position Details

• Location: Grand Junction, CO
• Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health
• Employment type: Part-time
• Caseload: 10-20 visits per week
• Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit
• Start of Care (SOC) visits: up to $120
• Annualized pay range (based on 10-20 visits per week): $36,400 - $88,400
• Schedule: Flexible to support work-life balance and professional goals

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality pediatric occupational therapy by evaluating clients, interpreting assessment results, and developing and implementing a plan of care with goals aligned to the client’s needs in collaboration with the physician
• Help pediatric clients develop or regain cognitive, neurological, physical, sensory, feeding, activities of daily living, and/or social-emotional functioning to improve independence and quality of life
• Coordinate care with referring physicians and other healthcare organizations to ensure safe, appropriate, and effective care
• Instruct clients, family/caregivers, and other healthcare personnel in the treatment plan
• Identify client and family needs for additional services and make referrals as appropriate
• Prepare and submit documentation per organization policy and maintain clinical competency in occupational therapy theory and practice

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)
• NBCOT Certification
• Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of Colorado
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical OT experience is preferred but not required
