Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services in Aurora, CO seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy to birth through age 18. You will deliver individualized, goal-driven care in clients' homes and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation includes $70.00–$85.00 per routine visit, up to $120 for SOC visits, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Full-time or part-time caseloads with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT).
• NBCOT Certification.
• Colorado OT License (OT).
• CPR certification current.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Address fine motor development, sensory integration, self-care, and other functional areas.
• Educate and coach families for consistent home program support.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with home health standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to clients from birth through age 18 in Aurora, CO. You'll deliver individualized, goal-driven care that helps children build functional independence in the comfort of their homes.

Compensation & Scheduling:

• Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit
• Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00

Requirements

• A master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT)
• NBCOT Certification
• Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of Colorado
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but not required
