Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist for in-home adult home health in Grand Junction, CO. You will assess, plan, and deliver personalized therapy to improve ADLs, mobility, and independence in clients in their homes.

About the Role:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Grand Junction, CO. You'll help patients improve independence, mobility, and overall quality of life through skilled, client-centered care.

Compensation & Scheduling:

• Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit
• Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC
• Part-Time Availability: 10-20 visits per week
