Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a pediatric occupational therapist to serve children from birth to 21 in home and community settings across Colorado. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate families to actively participate in therapy.

Collaborate with occupational, speech, and nursing colleagues to ensure coordinated care, maintain accurate and compliant documentation, and supervise OTAs as needed.

Qualifications

• Active state Occupational Therapy license
• CPR/BLS certification
• New graduates and out-of-state applicants encouraged to apply
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Must provide OT services in Colorado locations

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy for children with genetic, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic needs
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Educate and empower families to actively participate in therapy
• Collaborate with occupational, speech, and nursing professionals for coordinated care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
• Supervise OTAs as needed
• Serve children from birth to age 21 in home and community settings
