Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients to determine developmental or functional status.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with goals and timelines.
• Provide therapeutic treatment to improve development, function, and independence.
• Fabricate and fit adaptive equipment, splints, or casts and instruct on use.
• Educate patients and families on goals, plans, and home therapy activities.
• Maintain documentation and administrative duties for caseload and scheduling.
• Participate in continuing education and staff training.
• Supervise students and assist in clinical education.
