Job summary

Little Therapies in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for outpatient pediatric therapy. The role offers full-time or part-time options within a multidisciplinary clinic focused on autism and related pediatric needs.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and staff to support children’s daily living skills and independence. Supervision and ongoing professional growth are provided.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program (or current student) with eligibility for Oklahoma license.
• Experience or interest in pediatric therapy with children and families.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and team-oriented mindset.
• Oklahoma OT license or eligibility including upcoming board exam candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Implement and adjust therapy interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and functional independence.
• Document services with EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with SLPs and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to COTAs and OT students.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
