Job summary

Little Therapies in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for outpatient pediatric therapy. This role can be part-time or full-time and focuses on children with autism through a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

You will implement OT plans, help with fine motor, sensory processing and ADLs, educate families, and document progress in our EMR system. A pediatric passion and Oklahoma OTA eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• OTA degree or eligibility to obtain licensure in Oklahoma.
• Oklahoma OTA license or eligibility to obtain (including upcoming board exam candidates).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics and working with children.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed OT.
• Provide hands-on therapy to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs and functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and home programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation using an EMR system.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
