Job summary
MGA Homecare is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric therapy in the Killeen, TX area. You will evaluate children birth to 21 years old and develop individualized treatment plans, working closely with families to apply home strategies. A supportive, multidisciplinary team backs your clinical work.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited therapy program.
- Current Texas Occupational Therapy License is required.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- CPR Certification.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, compassionate therapy for children from birth to 21 with a range of physical, developmental, and sensory needs.
- Complete evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
- Work closely with families to teach strategies that support progress at home.
- Keep accurate and timely documentation to ensure quality care.
- Collaborate with a caring, multidisciplinary team to guide each child’s journey.
- Supervise COTAs when needed.
