Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist with a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and at least one year of experience. The role requires CPR certification and a valid state driver's license.

Travel to homes or clinics may be required to provide neuro-developmental and sensory-motor therapy and participate in IFSP and multidisciplinary teams. The position offers weekday flexibility with at least one weekend day per month, and comprehensive benefits through Advocate

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
One year of OT experience preferred.
Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the applicable state with current licensure.

Responsibilities

Perform specialized tests such as manual muscle testing and goniometry.
Provide both individual and team-based evaluations with multidisciplinary colleagues.
Plan intervention strategies and communicate with families about child strengths and needs.
Deliver OT treatments including neuro-developmental and sensory-motor therapies.
Document goals and progress; participate in IFSP as needed.
Attend chart reviews and relevant workshops; support quality assurance.
