The Kids Therapy Co. is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for an ABA center in Dearborn, MI. You will evaluate and treat pediatric clients with individualized plans in the clinic, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support developmental milestones.

Flexible daytime hours are available; this 1099 contract offers a buildable caseload in a family-centered, play-based setting with off-site OT team support.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with pediatric clients.
• Strong skills in feeding and pediatric care.
• Experience with sensory integration.
• Strong skills in play-based, family-centered therapy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practices.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients through individualized therapy plans in the clinic setting.
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to help children meet developmental milestones.
• Flexible scheduling with daytime hours.
• 2 days worth of clients with daytime hours at an ABA center in Dearborn, MI.
