Birch Agency is seeking a Part-Time, In-Person Occupational Therapist in Dearborn, MI to support student growth and promote independence within a school setting. The role offers a consistent part-time schedule and collaboration with a dedicated educational team, including a sensory room for OT services.

You will evaluate and treat students, align services with IEP goals, and maintain detailed progress notes while working with teachers and families to maximize learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan OT license is required.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and goal development.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services in alignment with IEP goals.
• Conduct student evaluations and re-evaluations as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

What You’ll Need
