Qualifications

• Registration with the American Occupational Therapists in the State of practice if required by state.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• One year experience with pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the child to include assessment of various functioning levels.
• Initiates treatment according to physician's orders.
• Maintains thorough and accurate records and documents.
• Designs and implements therapeutic programs for individual needs.
• Provides training to staff and guardians to maximize therapy.
